How we scope

Clear scope, transparent pricing, agreed outcomes.

Every engagement starts with a short discovery call. If it is a fit, we send a written proposal with deliverables, timing, and a fixed project fee or agreed monthly plan. Support boundaries and third-party costs are set out before work begins.

Do you offer hourly?

Only for clients on an Operate plan, where reserved capacity is already in place. Otherwise we scope to outcomes.

What about ongoing maintenance?

Operate plans include maintenance and monitoring for the systems covered by your plan. For Sprint and Build engagements, your proposal defines the post-launch support period and covered fixes. New features and scope changes are quoted separately.

Can you work with our existing team?

Yes. This is how most engagements run. We collaborate inside your tools and processes.

Do you take equity?

Selectively, for founders we are actively excited to partner with long-term.
