How we scope
Fixed scope, fixed price, clear outcome.
Every engagement starts with a short discovery call. If it is a fit, we send a written proposal with scope, deliverables, milestones, and a fixed price. No padded hourly billing, no rolling SOWs.
Do you offer hourly?
Only for clients on an Operate plan, where reserved capacity is already in place. Otherwise we scope to outcomes.
What about ongoing maintenance?
Operate plans include this. Sprint and Build engagements come with a 90-day iteration window included.
Can you work with our existing team?
Yes. This is how most engagements run. We collaborate inside your tools and processes.
Do you take equity?
Selectively, for founders we are actively excited to partner with long-term.
