Story
How we got here.
We started Conspired Minds because the agencies and SaaS tools our clients were stuck with had stopped doing the job. Slow WordPress sites. Surveillance analytics. AI demos that never shipped. Marketing dashboards that did not explain anything.
We thought the web in 2026 needs a tighter operating system. Fewer vendors, fewer bloated tools, more ownership, better defaults around privacy and AI. We build that operating system for businesses that want it.
We are technical operators first. We write the code, run the migrations, set up the analytics, and write the docs. There is no account manager who hands work to engineering. You talk to the people doing the work.
What we believe
A few opinions we hold pretty firmly.
Privacy is a feature, not a tax.
Sites that respect users build trust, perform better on Core Web Vitals, and age better as the regulatory floor rises.
AI is a tool, not a product.
Most "AI features" are wrappers. The real win is using AI inside your operations to move metrics that matter.
Ownership beats convenience.
Your domain, repo, content, analytics, AI keys. If you can't take it with you, you don't really own your business.
Speed is a brand value.
Slow sites lose money and trust. We treat performance as a non-negotiable, not a polish step.
